Zoom integration installation guide

If you already have a Zoom account, you can connect it with your CozyCal account by:

• Click on Settings.
• Under My Account Integrations, click on Connect to Zoom. You will be directed to log into your Zoom account.
• Once you log into your Zoom account, click on Authorize to allow Zoom to connect with your CozyCal account.

• Once you give permission for CozyCal to access your Zoom account, you will be directed back to your CozyCal account where you will see a message confirming connection with Zoom is successful.
• Go to your booking page, select the event type that you want to add the Zoom meeting links.
• On the navigation bar, click on Event Confirmation, then the Set Location button. Select Zoom from the drop-down menu. Don't forget to Save Changes.
• You will see a [ZOOM_INVITE] tag showing up. It will auto-generate a unique Zoom meeting link each time when a meeting is booked.
