Booking Page Language and 12/24 Hour Time Format

🗣 Language Setting

Translation is in the beta-mode now. Currently there are four languages available:

  • French
  • German
  • Dutch
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish

The translation feature applies to guest-facing labels on

  • Availability page
  • Intake form
  • Confirmation page

🛎 A reminder that you will still need to customize email notifications in your own language.

To change the language and 12/24 hour time format, on your Booking Page:

  1. Click on Page Settings.
  2. Click on Language.
  3. Select the language of your preference.
  4. Don't forget to click on Save Changes.

⏰ 12/24 Hour Time Format

There are two places where you can switch between 12 and 24 hour time format.

1. On the guest-facing calendar

The time format change here only applies to guest-facing calendar:

  1. On your booking page, click on Page Settings
  2. Scroll down to Time format, and select either 12 hour time or 24 hour time.
  3. Don't forget to click on Save Changes.
  4. Now your guest-facing calendar will display the time format of your choice.

Example: switch from 12 hour time to 24 hour time format:

2. On your events calendar

The time format change here only applies to your calendar, and doesn't affect the guest-facing calendar's time format settings. To change the guest-facing calendar's time format, please see instructions above.

  1. Click on Settings on the navigation bar.
  2. Click on Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click on the drop-down menu under Time format, select either 12 hour time or 24 hour time.
  4. When you go back to your calendar, scheduled events will display the time format of your choice.

Example: Scheduled time is displayed in 12 hour format (1pm- 2pm). After switching to 24 hour format, the scheduled time is changed to 13:00 - 14:00.
