  4. Click on Settings and Sharing
  5. Scroll down to the section "Share with specific people," click on + Add people to add the email address of the person you want to share with, then click on Send.

8. If you shared your calendar with an individual email address, they'll see your calendar in their "Other calendars" list. If you shared your calendar with an email group , they'll see the calendar in their "Other calendars" list once they click on the link in the email invitation from Google Calendar.

In the example below, Meredith's calendar is shared with Alex successfully. Alex's calendar is showing in the "Other calendars" list.

Step 2: Add "Busy time calendars" in CozyCal

Once the calendar sharing is done, you can enable CozyCal to check your availabilities across multiple calendars, and prevent double-bookings.

Simply go to your CozyCal account, then follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Click on "Google Calendar & Meet"
  3. Click on the drop-down menu under "Busy time calendars"
  4. Select the calendars whose busy time you want to sync with CozyCal
💡
Tip: If you don't see the calendars that you want to add to Busy time calendars, click on the button Update Calendar List and then check again.

5. Click on Save changes within the "Busy time calendars" pop-up window, and then click on Save Changes again.

6. On the main calendar, the busy times from the calendars you have selected are shown greyed out and will be unavailable for bookings.

Using the same example in Step 1, when Alex logs into his account, he could select Meredith's calendar to check for busy time.
